Lucia has held multiple senior and executive management positions at leading-edge tech startups to mid-size and FORTUNE 100 companies: Chief Technology Officer/Director of Technology at Honeywell Electronic Materials business enterprise, VP of Technology & Business Development at Qcept Technologies, VP of Technology & Product Management at Alchimer S.A., Director of Laser Product Technology at Ultratech Inc. (now Veeco) and various product management, technology development and operation roles at Silicon Genesis, Applied Materials, Kern’s Foods, 3M and Dow Chemical USA.

Lucia Feng is the President, CEO and Founder of OnCareerSuccess Inc. She is a well-known tech industry leader with more than 25 years of successes in new product development, product management, strategic marketing, and business development for multinational conglomerate FORTUNE 100 to midsize to startup companies.

 

Lucia has a solid track record of developing and commercializing innovative technologies and capital equipment processing products that enabled new capabilities or improved performance in microelectronic devices that are in use worldwide, as well as delivering growth and gaining market share for many corporations in diverse industries from microelectronics processing, specialty chemicals and capital equipment to health and wellness sectors worldwide, including Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and China.

Lucia began her career with summer internships at Kern’s Foods (now part of Nestle), 3M (Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing), and Dow Chemical U.S.A. She worked at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a Research Assistant, and at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico as a CRADA Program Manager for Applied Materials. Lucia’s professional career includes senior technical, management and business positions at Applied Materials, Ultratech (now part of Veeco), Honeywell, and multiple startup companies. She was recently the Chief Technology Officer/Head of R&D of Honeywell Electronic Materials (HEM) global business enterprise unit, overseeing the R&D activities of multiple product lines and large number of staff geographically dispersed in the U.S and Shanghai, China. Lucia has an independent consulting practice working with leading-edge technical companies.

Lucia studied at and received all four degrees from the University of California at Berkeley with two Bachelor degrees in Materials Science and Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Materials Science and a doctorate in mathematical computational modeling in Materials Science. She has also taken multiple business and strategy classes at UC Berkeley Extension and Stanford Extension.
