Stefanie West is an estate planning attorney focusing on estate planning areas of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, asset protection strategies, probate and trust administration, and Medi-Cal planning. She also assists clients without long term care insurance who needed skilled nursing care to become qualified for Medi-Cal. West received her B.A. and her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Stefanie spent her last year of law school studying at Harvard, and graduated at the top of her class. Before entering the private practice of law, Stefanie was the first Planned Giving Officer at the law school of University of California at Berkeley. In this position she helped the school’s most prestigious donors with their bequests and other estate gifts to the University of California.
