She is an experienced Professional Career Management Coach and has helped many hundreds of clients achieve their career goal. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Pat is also an experienced trainer and facilitator in the areas of job search, leadership development, emotional intelligence, management skills, presentation effectiveness, and customer service. Whether you want a resume review, get help on interview preparations, feel stuck in a job, need leadership development coaching to get the promotion, improve your relevancy to stay employed longer or advance in your career as a Mid-Career individual, or simply want to make a major career change and don’t know how to launch a job search, Pat will assess your specific needs and can design a plan just for you to help you achieve your objectives. How Personalized Coaching Works: 1. A one-on-one personalized coaching session is 60-minutes long. 2. Define and communicate your specific career guidance needs on the Booking Form. 3. Pick a time on Pat’s calendar that works for you. Note you and Pat Cross can work out a mutually agreeable time after you purchase a coaching session. 4. If you reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and would prefer to conduct the coaching session in person, Pat may be available to meet with you in person. Otherwise, a typical coaching session is conducted on the phone. 5. Pay for the coaching session if fees are due. 6. Pat Cross will communicate with you on further details or preparations you need to do prior to the focused one-on-one session.
